Mike, I just wanted to drop a quick line to say how much fun we had at your place last wek. It was an awesome time and we loved the Condo. we're already talking about next year and know we want to reserve your condo again, only next year we want to stay a full 10 days! My son Shane also loved the great DVD collection and my wife loved the whirlpool tub in the master bath. Great views, easy access to the boat launch and available slips was no worries. Thanks for the early check-in and the quick response to our inquiries. It is rare that rentals deliver on all the hype.....you certainly delivered everything as advertised. Thank you for the use of this great condo! It was great for a family of 5. We loved just hanging out. We also enjoyed captain Andys and Snorkeling! We hit most of the beaches. We hope to visit again! We enjoyed it very much here, Thank you! Wonderful amentities and very comfortable bed in the Master bedroom. It was very windy here the early part of our stay, but the last day or two, we can see how calm and pleasant the water can be here. The Navin Family Seattle WA.
This was perfect for our family, we absolutely loved it. The condo fit the needs of a family of 5! Love the view, love the island and will be coming back in December!! We usually stay in Poipu so this was the first time on the Kapaa side. I think it is a little more "real" & laid back over here, which I like. Dawn,Keith,Melissa,K.C. & Jaimie Beinasceni.
Lovely place Love how it looks right onto the ocean. Before we got here we spent 5 days in Wiamila a the Wiamila Plantation, very nice. I highly suggest checking out the Wiamila Canyon- go clear to end of road & see the Na Pali Coast, good hike up at that point. Need good shoes. Great food at Scotty's Cheap beer at Olympic Club We saw lots of Whales from the lanai. Hope to come back someday. Carmen & Larry Toll The Dolles,OR.
Mike, All went well on our trip[ to Laughlin. The condo was top notch, and we appreciate the opportunity! The beds were great, the movies and sound was terrific, the towels were plentiful, and the utensils (pots, pans, et al) useful! I hope we can enjoy your location again in the future.

We leave (reluctantly) tomorrow. the weather has been windy and rainy, but who cares? We were in Kauai! Thank you for the thoughtful touches such as the many books, movies, kitchen supplies, amenities and technologies. Wow! By far the best equipped condo/home we've stayed in. Dear Mike, Our stay at Pono Kai A 308 was wonderful. Everything we expected and so much more, we learned something about ownership property living when Jim dropped the pearl he found me for my anniversary, before I had even seen them and someone actually turned them in at the office. Just a note to tell you how much our family enjoyed our stay in your condo, we could not have wanted for anything, right down to the toothpics. Our children were in their glory with the video games, and water toys, we were able to sit back relax and enjoy our whole vacation. Dear Mike, We would like to share with you how welcoming your home is, we enjoyed all the amenities that you offer, I sat on the balcony every morning with my cup of coffee in a place that I could not believe how beautiful of a view from all areas of the balcony front and back. This is my brother and my second memorable experiance on Kauai Hawaii, we have family on the Island, Dad went to visit while my Mother, Brother and I went on to explore the Island. We spent most of our time on the dry side, it was really cool to go pick Mangos off our family land. We really enjoyed this condo. It was perfect, My brother and I went and hung out on the beach and the beautiful pool. We took great advantage of your moives in our room. I greatly enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning. I would eat my breakfast, listen to the ocean, drink the WONDERFUL "Kauai coffee" and talk to the beautiful birds. There is one in particular that would visit me every morning. Even the wild chickens would stop by and say "hi" Mahalo! The Masaki Family Houston, Texas

We first visited this Island 10 years ago. It was love at first sight. We have been coming back every other year since. We will never tire of watching those fabulous sunrises. We always stay in a condo and prefer beach front. This was our first time to stay here at the Pono Kai. This is our new found place to stay. This visit has been one of our most enjoyable and memorable. The private beach area is just perfect! I think we will change our every other year vacation, to every year.
